We at Avila Skincare are proud of the fact that our products are 100% natural. We do not add chemicals to our products. We as well will not encourage using Avila products internally. It is important to note, however, that Avila Skincare products should not be used as a substitute for medical care, as self-medication nor to treat any form of health condition. You should always consult with a professional doctor or medical provider before changing any health or beauty practices, particularly if you suffer from any pre-existing health conditions.
Special precaution must be taken in the case of women who are pregnant or breastfeeding and children using essential oils.
Avila Skincare is not responsible for any individual adverse reaction due to the use of her products inappropriately.

Apply a small amount of essential oil to clean skin inside the elbow or behind the ear. Cover and leave for 24 hours. Human skin changes daily, affected by emotions, diet, hormones, and the climate, and as with all cosmetic products, what suited you yesterday may not today, even though our formulae and ingredients have not changed at all, and unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for this.
It is especially important to undertake this patch testing if you are prone to sensitive skin, eczema, and psoriasis to avoid flareups.
Avila skincare makes use of Avila express and third-party courier service in some other cases and therefore does not accept nor take any responsibility for the following:
Delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched to the third party courier service;
Delays owing to incomplete information provided by customers
Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers;
Deliveries received at the shipping address by persons other than the purchaser.

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss return and refund if applicable. We will not refund if, for example the product simply disagrees with your skin (read further down for more about this) or you decide after purchase that you do not like it.
We often find that people are not using the products correctly, for example, so have made a number of instructional materials to make sure that you get the best out of your products and are using them correctly.
