Carbs are bad! Fats are bad!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Funny though because both of these Macronutrients are essential for a healthy diet. Yet, these are labeled as “bad”. I am not saying that all carbs and fats are good for you but what I am saying is that to cut out all carbs and fats from your diet IS not ideal.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But I am not here to talk about Carbs and Fats. Let us talk SUGAR!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sugar is found in 95+% of the foods found in supermarkets. Yet! SUGAR is NOT essential for the human body to thrive. You need some carbs for energy, you need some fats to keep full but SUGAR… you need ZERO. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And yet sugar is found in most of the food we buy. Why is that? because it keeps you wanting more. It tastes good. It is cheap. It’s satisfying and guess what, sugar is addictive. and yes, sugar will turn into fat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
