Here is why sweating is good for your skin
When it comes to skin health, sweating actually helps a lot. When you sweat, it opens up your pores and pushes out built-up gunks sitting right underneath your skin.
This is the same build-up that often produces pimples/acne. So sweating basically cleanses your pores naturally, which helps you avoid getting unsightly blemishes on your skin.
Sweat is good for the skin. Water hydrates, minerals and salt naturally exfoliate, and urea and uric acid combat dry skin and dermatitis.
In addition to preventing zits, sweating also helps prevent rashes and irritated skin — both of which are often caused when built-up grime settles back into your pores.
You should try on a regular basis to get some sweat off your skin.
So weather you’re exercising or doing a facial steam, you’re doing your SKIN some good.
Just don’t let the sweat sit on your FACE for too long, because then you’d be putting those grimes (dirts) right back in.
Be sure to use a face wipe/towel during and after a workout.
