FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The Finance Department is responsible  for acquiring, managing and planning the expenditure of funds on various assets in the company. The department must ensure efficient financial management and financial control necessary to support all Avila Naturalle business activities across the Divisions.

BRANDS AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT

The Brands and Marketing Department is responsible for
Building, nurturing and maintaining Avila Naturalle brand equity, value and principles.

HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

The Human Resource and Administrative Department is responsible for overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training program and  developing compensation plans.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

The Production Department plays a crucial role in transforming raw materials into finished products while maintaining the brand's commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

The production department is in charge of driving the company's physical development and revenue growth while cultivating long-term and strategic collaborations.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMEN

The Customer Relations Department is in charge of building strong customer connections and ensuring that customer interactions and experiences are satisfying.

QUALITY DEPARTMENT

The Quality Department is in charge of assuring the safety of the product manufacturing process, which includes monitoring and managing all steps from raw material input to final product packaging.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

The Engineering Department plays a critical role in ensuring that the production processes, equipment, and systems are efficient, sustainable, and capable of producing high-quality products

THE REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT

The Regulatoty and Compliance Department is responsible for obtaining approval for new products and ensuring that approval is maintained for as long as the company wants to keep the product on the market.

SUPPLY CHAIN DEPARTMENT

The Supply Chain Department is responsible for overseeing and managing every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.
