An Unknown Secret to Glowing that the 2000s Inhabitants have neglected!

..Skincare is a 2in1 practice…

You probably know about the dos and don’ts of skincare and how to apply your skincare product on your skin step by step to reveal a healthy and glowing skin, which is really good and commendable because if your skin must glow you must follow a skincare routine.

However, there is a foundational secret to glowing skin and glowing right. It is an overlooked step in the practice of skincare. The funny thing is,  everyone is doing it but not everyone is doing it right. A skincare routine may help you glow but it is short-lived!

I would like to ask you this question, what did you have for breakfast this morning? Buns, Chips, Soda, coffee, and the like? If your answer is yes, you have just violated the first law of skincare. Yes!  The first law of skincare is eating nutritious food.  You must know already that your skin is an organ of your body and just like every other organ like your liver, kidney, eyes, and heart, what you eat affects your skin.  Skincare enthusiasts tend to overlook this step because they think external nutrition is the only important step to getting glowing skin.

No!  You must go back to the foundation of skincare and restart your skincare routine now if you want your skin to have a lasting glow.

Restart your skincare journey by adding a great diet to your skincare routine. This will nourish your skin and prevent harm and environmental damage to your system and appearance.

Some foods and drinks prevent ageing, clear acne and give you hydrated skin. For instance, foods like green tea, berries, ginger, lemon, pumpkin seed, water, avocado, blueberries, fish, kale, legume quinoa, carrot and many more are all anti-ageing and acne-preventing foods. These foods can be included in your diet to receive wholesome nutrition for your skin.  Nature is a blessing to humanity and you can use that blessing to turn your skin around by doing the right thing which is eating for a purpose.
